IJDTDE is an open-access journal. All published articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication, without subscription barriers or access fees for readers.

Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and use the published articles in accordance with the applicable license stated on each article page. The journal supports broad dissemination and responsible reuse of scholarly work.

No embargo

The journal does not apply an embargo period to published articles. The version of record is available on the journal website immediately after publication.
