Archiving and Digital Preservation Policy

IJDTDE is committed to the long-term availability, integrity, and preservation of the scholarly record. Published articles are assigned persistent article pages and, where applicable, digital object identifiers (DOIs). The journal aims to maintain stable access to article metadata, abstracts, full texts, and supplementary files.

Platform preservation

The journal is hosted on an OJS-based publishing platform. The publisher maintains regular backups of the database, uploaded files, configuration files, and publication assets. Backup and restoration procedures are tested periodically to reduce the risk of data loss.

External preservation

The journal will seek participation in appropriate preservation services as the publishing programme matures and the required identifiers and technical conditions are in place. Such services may include community preservation networks, institutional repositories, or dedicated digital preservation services.

Author self-archiving

Authors may deposit the submitted version, accepted version, and published version of their article in institutional repositories, funder repositories, personal websites, or non-commercial subject repositories, provided that the published version is properly cited and linked to the official journal article page.

Continuity

If the journal changes platform, domain, or hosting provider, European Scientific Network Publishing will make reasonable efforts to preserve article access, maintain redirects, and protect the continuity of citations and DOI landing pages.
