Article Processing Charges Policy

IJDTDE does not charge submission fees. During the launch phase, the journal does not charge article processing charges (APCs) for accepted manuscripts unless a specific APC schedule is publicly displayed on the journal website before submission.

Any future APCs, discounts, waivers, or institutional arrangements will be announced clearly on the journal website and will not be applied retroactively to manuscripts already submitted under a no-APC policy.

Editorial independence

Editorial decisions are independent of any fees, waivers, institutional relationships, sponsorships, or publication charges. Acceptance is based on peer review, scholarly merit, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal scope.

Waivers and discounts

If APCs are introduced in the future, the journal may provide waivers or discounts according to a transparent policy. Waiver requests will not influence editorial assessment or peer-review outcomes.
