Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements before editorial screening.
- The manuscript fits the IJDTDE aims and scope and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
- The manuscript follows the author guidelines and uses the journal template where applicable.
- Title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, country information, and corresponding author details are complete.
- ORCID iDs are provided where available. The corresponding author confirms that all listed authors have approved the submitted version and author order and authorizes submission on their behalf; separate confirmation by each co-author in OJS is not required.
- Funding, conflict of interest, ethics approval/consent, data availability, author contributions, and AI-assisted writing disclosures are included where applicable.
- Figures, tables, equations, supplementary files, datasets, and software/code references are clearly labeled and cited in the text.
- Permission has been obtained for any third-party material not covered by the article license.
- References are complete, accurate, consistently formatted, and include DOI or persistent links where available.
- The uploaded manuscript includes the authors' names and affiliations. IJDTDE uses single-anonymous peer review; do not anonymize the manuscript or its filename.
- The uploaded files are readable, complete, and free of track-changes/comments unless specifically requested.

Privacy Notice for the Journal Platform
This Privacy Notice explains how personal data are processed in connection with the International Journal of Digital Technology Driven Engineering (IJDTDE) journal platform.
Data controller
The data controller for the journal platform is Innovasphere Ltd, operating the scholarly publishing brand ESN Publishing (European Scientific Network Publishing). Contact: info@innovasphere.eu.
Categories of personal data
The platform may process names, email addresses, affiliations, country, usernames, passwords in protected form, ORCID identifiers, correspondence, manuscript files, submission metadata, peer-review records, editorial decisions, system logs, and other information supplied by authors, reviewers, editors, readers, or site administrators.
Purposes and legal bases
Personal data are processed to operate the journal platform, manage submissions and peer review, communicate with users, publish accepted scholarly content, maintain publication records, protect the security and integrity of the platform, and meet legal, ethical, archiving, indexing, and publishing obligations. The legal bases may include performance of a publishing or user-service relationship, legitimate interests in scholarly publishing and platform security, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is specifically requested.
Recipients and processors
Personal data may be accessible to authorised journal editors, reviewers, administrators, technical service providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, OJS platform support, indexing and metadata services, preservation services, and other parties where necessary for journal operation, publication, legal compliance, or research-integrity processes.
Retention
Submission, peer-review, editorial and publication records may be retained for as long as necessary to preserve the scholarly record, document editorial decisions, handle disputes or corrections, and comply with legal and publishing-ethics obligations. Account and technical records are retained only as long as necessary for platform operation, security, or legal purposes, unless longer retention is required for the scholarly record.
User rights
Subject to applicable law, users may have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing of their personal data. These rights may be limited where data must be retained to preserve the scholarly record, protect research integrity, comply with legal obligations, or document editorial decisions.
International transfers
Where service providers or scholarly infrastructure are located outside the user's country or the European Economic Area, personal data may be transferred internationally using appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
Complaints
Users may contact the journal at info@innovasphere.eu with privacy questions or requests. Users may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
